Whenever I try to add media in Premiere Rush, it crashes and then closes.

  • Which device are you using?
  • What type of media files do you have (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
  • Are you getting any error codes or messages?

I am using a HP Laptop 15-dy1-xxx

,MP4, 30 FPS.

and heres a video to show what happpens

as you can see, it freezes then crashes out.
