Where are imported clips stored? Can I delete originals?

I am importing many GB of movies to Premiere Rush and trim them heavily.

1. Where are all these files stored? In the cloud towards my online qouta?
2. If I have a 1h movie and trim away 50 minutes, will it only save 10 minutes of the original file or is the whole one saved?
3. Can I donwload the full orginal movie from Adobe / Rush somehow?
4. Can I delete my original files on my computer without affecting the proejct in Premiere Rush?
