Where does Premiere Rush store project files.. Locally on a PC in WIn 11

I see that this question was asked before with no real answer

So I am asking again.

I worked on a proejct for several days and then publisehed the proejct. All is well

However,  when I go back to find the proejct for update I cannot find it 

Premiere Rush shows no inkling that the proejct ever existed. 

Simply stating, "create a new proejct". 

This cannot be correct?!?

Even cheap software shows and allows access to what you have doen before. 

I am willing to assume I have done something wrong but.....

Please tell me what?
