Why Adobe Rush Is not compatible with Oppo Reno 4, even If It Is based on Android 11?

I have an Oppo Reno 4K and would like to install and try Adobe Premiere Rush on It. However, even if It Is an Android 11-based appliance, It seems that the app Is not compatible with this mobile? Is It really so? If yes, how Is this possible?
