Question

Why are there no new features in Rush Beta?

I got so excited when i saw the Beta version for Rush only to download it and not see anything new or exciting.

I didn't get a "Whats new features" menu.

I saw what looked like the same old music and presets.

And when I googled I couldnt find one new Youtube video or post about "Whats new!".

So either I'm blind or I just got pranked.

If anyone knows what is actually new or has a link to all the " new great features" I dont see please lmk!

Thnx!

According to this link:
https://blog.adobe.com/en/publish/2020/12/21/now-in-beta-premiere-pro-premiere-rush-audition-for-apple-m1-systems

It would seem that the Rush Beta only has to do with the Apple M1 devices.

I am also a Beta tester of Rush, and would have liked to give feedback. Is there any way to do it?

I would love to see some stability improvements to rush, especially on mobile. It frequently crashes when syncing with Creative Cloud and is surprisingly slow and glitchy for a minimilistic app. I love the app when it works but it's so frustrating to have it glitch out pretty much every time I use it.

Well, it takes a whole lot of more space compared to the original software 🙄

Hi @Kaijukilluh2099,

I read your post with interest. You are disappointed that there are no new issues in Premiere Rush Beta. Sorry about that! Hopefully, someone on the product team can respond about that shortcoming. These are user-to-user forums so no one can really answer that question here directly. I'm in support, so I can't really respond either. Sorry about that!

I hope someone on the team can respond. Otherwise, we can assume that, although there are no new features, bug fixes and other maintenance issues have likely been made. This does happen between major versions of some of the video and audio applications in Creative Cloud. See if the Beta version seems more stable or has better performance and report back to the community. I'd be interested in getting your feedback and sharing it with the team.

Thanks,
Kevin
