Why cant I download on my Asus Zenfone 6z which is running on android 10?

I am trying to download Premiere Rush on my Asus Zenfone 6z but it shows it is not compatible. On the adobe site, it says a minimum of Android 9 is required but I have Android 10. Someone, please help.

We appreciate you writing in. As of now, Premiere Rush is available only on selected Android devices. You can refer to this article for more detail: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/premiere-rush/system-requirements.html
