Why is my export glitching?

When I try to export 4k video to 4k or 1080, it always glitches with these weird green lines. Never happens when the source footage is 1080. Only happens on 4k footage export.

 

My phone is OnePlus 5T. Specs below...

 

CPU

Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 835 (Octa-core, 10nm, up to 2.45GHz)

 

GPU

Adreno 540

 

RAM

8 GB LPDDR4X

    Sorry about the glitches. Did you use the same device for recording videos? Can you check if there's a software update available for your mobile? Do the glitches appear on the rendered video as well?

    No. The videos are recorded on different device. The app is updated. The glitched appear on the rendered video as well.
