why is my preview squashed

everything is squished too narrow as I preview, can u help? The output seems find but I cant work like this...

still squashed is anyone from adobe able to trouble shoot?

ADOBE please help- IDK how to flag for attention but please follow up w me. It has something to do with enabeling optimized clips, seems when i uncheck this option its no longer squashed.
