Why now? unsupported media between Apple and Adobe

Very frustrating that Premiere Rush will no longer accept Apple videos. Nothing has changed except for Adobe. Please fix this unsupported media really? Makes me wanna just give up Adobe so sick of the Adobe apple fight

Hi,

This is a user to user forum. I already reported the issue to the team (I'm in support).

 

You can work around this limitation by switching off spatial audio in camera settings. Hope that helps. Please try out our new free project violet beta on the app store for support for spatial audio clips. That should work.

I have the same issue, I'm livid, there's 0 reason for this to be happening- it's truly nauseating to be paying money for something that can't even work for the latest phone and media types...

Sorry about that, @Jeanlucthomas. You can always turn off spatial audio in camera settings and you should be back in business.

 

As the moderator here, and as a Rush user, I am also disappointed in this issue. I would try Project Violet then, which supports these formats. See if that might fill the gap in your workflow. Let me know what you think.

Following... currently having the same issue. If it's not resolved within the next day, I am cancelling my subscription and going with another platform.
