Question

Will Adobe address Rush not being able to do what the product states on recording within the app

https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/tools/video-capture-software.html
From that page it states:

"It's never been simpler to use video recordings from camcorders, VTRs, webcams, screen captures, and other HD or HDV sources in your creative projects. "

Then later on the page it states
"Shoot directly to new/existing project
Capture and add new videos or images without leaving the app, whether you’re starting a new project or editing an existing one."

A pervious post from over 2 years ago tried to state "The product page doesn't mention anything about recording from your PC webcam. "

I don't what they were thinking when they stated that. If I open the app on my pc and cannot capture video  without leaving the app, then the product description is wrong. Sadly it may be the Adobe is under the impression that capture only means HDV/DV. But I would counter that isn't true as well because adboe Premiere Element 11 and 12 had the capability of caputring from a webcam, according to Adobe. So they know that capturing is defined as more than just HDV/DV firewire that almost no consumer or professional uses on the regular any more in 2022.

What's the actual answer here and why hasn't Adobe addressed this in 2 years now? They're getting ready to push an online free version of photoshop but yet won't correct a mistake they keep repeating. Hell, it would be acceptable for them to just remove all traces of it ever existing at this point.
