Will the Adobe CC sync Shutdown in Feb 2024 affect Rush users?

I have both Adobe Rush and Lightroom with 1TB storage subscriptions.  I cannot seem to find a clear answer if Adobe's Feb 2024 shutdown of file sync in Creative Cloud will affect Adobe Rush users.  I edit Rush projects on both the phone and PC.  Frequently open the same project in both.
