Windows crashed - reinstalled new Windows - Rush can't find my projects

Windows crashed & burned. I installed a fresh version.

I then found all my Rush files for my projects, and put them where they previous resided, under /Documents/Adobe/Premiere Rush/Managed Media/

Rush still does not find my projects. Maybe I'm missing some type of "index" file that Rush is looking for?

Any advice?
