Won’t add media

Hello, premier Rush works perfectly on my phone, but sometimes while using my iPad it won't add my videos to the project I'm working on. I thought it might be a storage issue but I cleared out my iPad and it still won't work.

    Hi @Hayden371737369zra,

    Thanks for the message. Newer iPads and iPhones might be shooting video unsupported by Premiere Rush. Try changing the camera settings to shoot "Most Compatible" video files (H.264), then it should work as expected. Let us know if that works for you.
