Working at home, having issues

I am trying to use my premiere rush account at home, due to covid, and having issues. I have an Nvidia gtx 1060 card with up to date drivers, enough vram, 3.72g, 8gb ram, or is window's 10 pro version 2004, but it refuses to export, so I uninstalled and now when I reinstall it says  my system needs upgrade?

We're sorry about the trouble. Could you provide more details?

  • Are you getting any error codes or messages while exporting?
  • Do you have any effects or titles added to the project?
  • Can you share a screenshot of the error messages that you're getting for upgrading the system?
  • Could check f there's an update available for your GPU driver?
