x-t3 h.265 files can't be imported, anyone having the same issue?

Hi Damian and Jon,

10bit files from XT-3 and other sources should be working in Rush. If you haven't done so already, check out the latest version of Rush (1.2).

Hi Omen21,

Very sorry about this. I recall watching a review of this camera on YouTube and its footage was not performing well with Premiere Pro CC 2018 (12.1.2). These files happen to be 10 bit HEVC files, aren't they? With that, that makes them slightly different than standard HEVC files. With that, I think that the fact that they are a bit different might be the reason they are not operating as expected.

We will investigate. I'll add my comments to the issue internally. I apologize for the frustration.

h.265 is listed as being supported
