Xperia 1 V compatibility

Hi,

it's still pretty surprising to see that a beefy phone like the Xperia 1 V is not supported in Premiere Rush halfway into 2024.

the feature request is been out for a while and for a device that is pretty much catered to video production and a companion device to some of the most established video cameras, feels like an oversight.

Hope that gets fixed soon.
