지원하지 않는 비디오라고 함

ru를 사용중입니다 주로 아이폼에서 찍은 용상을 사용하는데 자꾸 지원하지 않는 비디오라는 오류 메세징하 함께 영상을 불러올수 없습니다 영상이 세로 영상이라서 그런가요?? 원인을 알려주세요

Hi,

If it's an iPhone, turn off spatial audio. Then everything should work better with that new footage. Try it out and let us know.
