Adobe Spark Won't load past opening screen on ipad

Question

Hi, I was trying to expand my knowledge and download some new apps that Adobe has for ipad. I downloaded Adobe Spark and everytime i open it it won't go past the welcome screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and closed and opened and it doesnt seem to work. Every forum I look at says that the Spark apps are now Adobe Express, but i dont really want the graphic design portion of it and Adobe Spark is still available from the app store so I assume its still a valid app? Any help would be appreciated

Thank you for reaching out.

Adobe Express has now replaced Adobe Spark, and the only Adobe Spark applications available on the app store are Adobe Spark Video & Page.

I haven't been able to reproduce your error.

Would you mind deleting the Adobe Spark App, fully restarting your Ipad, and retesting it?

It would also help ensure your iPad runs on a stable network connection.
