Download spark for web

I'm trying to donwload Adobe Spark for web but I just keep getting the message above. Is there an issue with it or am I ding something wrong. I works on my phone but I want to use it on my laptop

    This should be correct and target you to https://express.adobe.com/sp/

    Restart the browser (I hope that it's resolved for you by now) 😉

    I still get the same error. Any ideas?
