I don´t see mypages created with spark!...

please help me!

    Hi Ernest,

    Sorry about this, this is the Spark Page and Spark Video forum. Are you having trouble with Spark Post on the web or your mobile device? That has been replaced by Creative Cloud Express, which is similar in the way you work with it. 

     

    To open your projects once more, I suggest trying a new Icongito or Private window in Chrome or Safari and/or clearing your browser cache. You should be able to log in and recover your projects after that.

     

    If that does not work, try logging into the version on your mobile device, then try logging back in from your computer to restore any projects. Did that work for you? Let us know! 🙂

    I cannot even se my Spark icon to launch the app anymore! It's disappeared!

    Hi sgiankos,

    Do you need help with Spark Post (now Creative Cloud Express)? If so, you can try a new Incognito or Private browser window, clearing browser cache, or logging in from your mobile device, then retrying on your computer.

    I am having the same problem. I cannot find the original file to edit from my account. It's appears as I do not have any project created. Please help!

    Hi Elena,

    I think you need help with Spark Post (now called Creative Cloud Express), not Spark Page or Video. Is that correct?

     

    If so, you can try a new Incognito or Private browser window, clearing browser cache, or logging in from your mobile device, then retrying on your computer. Let us know if that helps.
