The Adobe spark video app is frozen and I can access nothing . It opens and I can see my wirk but nothing is clicks me. Any idea very very welcome . Thanks

For me: the first time I use an Adobe mobile app, make sure that you are near a strong internet connection (WiFi is best for me). Launch the app and make sure that you are signed in with the correct credentials (personal vs. school or business).

If you are uploading or downloading a very large project, make sure there is space on your device too.
