Hi,

when I try to upload my videos by copying it to the clipboard, it gives me an error message "Uh oh, there was a problem uploading your video"

    Hi Elias,

Sorry about that. Do you have any information about the video file? Is it HEVC format wrapped in .mov from iPhone? You can find out if you run a sample clip through the shareware called "MediaInfo" in tree view. Feel free to post a screenshot of that here and I should see it.

In Settings > Camera you can choose the Format to be "Most Compatible." That would create H.264 files instead of HEVC. H.264 files should import into Spark Video on iOS. Can you try it?

    Thanks,
    Kevin
