A few newer user questions

I have done a few small side projects in Aero. My background includes Premiere, Flash (back in the day) and some After Effects. I have the aptitude but can't find help for basic things in documentation or the promo videos. Thanks for answering any or all. I use the desktop version.

IMAGE ANCHORS

If I want viewers on a house interior tour to aim towards a wall, should I place that anchor first in Aero then add objects? If I add objects first and bring a wall in it maps the anchor to the floor. Then I have to change the Anchor Type to vertical and then back to Image and re-import. Then that takes the objects I already had and makes them lie on the ground horizontally. What is the best approach?

OBJECTS JUMPING
How do you reduce or eliminate imported objects jumping as viewers look at the scene?It kills the experience.

LOAD TIME
What's the best way to create a faster load time for viewers? For instance, does the file size of the Image Anchor impact load time? Should transparent PNGS be avoided? Will .webp be added? Assuming video files would make the viewer wait time too long?

TITLE / LOAD SCREEN BYPASS
Can you bypass the title screen for the viewer with the name of the project and thumbnail? It kills the experience.

SAVING A FILE
Is this the same as Exporting a .real? I'd like a copy not just in the Adobe Cloud.
