Adobe Aero Access Denied

My school has an Adobe license/subscription.  We see Adobe Aero available in our Creative Cloud dashboard.  We can download it and install it with no problem on both PCs and Macs.  But when we try to open/run the software, we get Access Denied.  There is no way to login to use it.  Thanks for any help you can provide.  I was really looking forward to using it with my students.

Do you know if your school is on shared device licensing? Unfortunately, this is not supported today. We ar looking into solutions and hoe to have this resolved soon.
