Adobe Aero image sequence not playing on image anchor

I have set up a scene in the desktop version of the Aero app (0.18.4) with my image that I would like as an anchor and added behaviors so that when it is detected, an image sequence (imported as a zip file) plays straight away. When I preview my file, it appears to work just as I want it to but when I share my file (i.e create the QR code and view it on a mobile device), it will not detect the image sequence at all. 

 I tried a 3d animation asset and it worked. The issue for me lies in the PNG sequence. It's not picking that up at all. but it plays in the preview
