Adobe Aero Player Not Working in Australia – Geo-Tagged Project Inaccessible

I’ve recently completed a major community project using Adobe Aero, which includes several geo-tagged AR elements that are crucial to the experience. However, I’ve encountered a serious issue—Adobe Aero Player is not available for download in Australia, which means my audience is unable to view or interact with the AR content.

This project has been a significant undertaking, and now it seems the Aero web player isn't working here, making it useless for my intended audience.

Details:

• The project involves geo-tagged AR models that are tied to specific locations.
• We have created the the URL and QR codes generated by Aero, and we were going into the testing phase, but my particpants cannot even access them since the Aero Player doesn't work in our region.
• Without the ability to interact with these AR elements on mobile devices, this entire project is at risk of failing.

Request for Help:

• Is there any workaround to enable viewing of Aero experiences in Australia via mobile?
• Are there upcoming fixes or changes to the availability of Adobe Aero Player in Australia?
• Any advice on alternative free methods to keep the geo-tagged AR content accessible would be appreciated.

This is a time-sensitive project, and I’m hoping to find a solution as soon as possible.
