Aero failing to "Create Link" or "Apply Changes"? What you can do.

We see flooded in the issues board tons of posts about Aero failing to "Create Link" or "Apply Changes".

This is a huge issue MOST users are facing. In fact, I haven't seen any encouragement that these functions are working for ANY user. Aero is a free software, stated on their site and in their provided information from google searches, for both mobile/desktop use. Issues you are facing are on Adobe's end, and we as a community need to demand action.

These forums are flooded and limited to this platform. Let's send attention more publically on X/Twitter (or even meta/facebook), and make some demands. I'm looking for a description of the problem and a plan for resolution. Until those are met, I will post daily on twitter. I would love to see more posts from the community!

I've been having this problem for almost a month now. If I open it on my ipad, it will apply the changes, but will not from my desktop application.

I am having the same problem where Aero will not "Apply Changes". It was working until about 10 days ago and then, all of a sudden, stopped being able to apply changes. Has anyone else been experiencing this problem lately? Do you have a solution?

I am wondering if there is some sort of limit I have reached that makes the software not allow me any more changes.

I noticed your file is over 300MB. That is likely the problem. Specs say to keep files around 40MB. I've gone as high as 100 or so and have had this issue on the larger files sometimes. Files in the proper size range seem to work fine. It also matters because at 300 megs it will not load well for users so best to adjust and get size down at least below 100MB.
