Question

Aero is not creating link

I'm brand new to Adobe Aero, threw a couple of 3d objects in, positioned them, and wanted to create a link so I could see it, but I keep getting an error that the link could not be generated. What am I missing?

Hallo everyone, just a question here. Is this going to be solved somehow? A contact or a feedback from Adobe? Or is this just a place to talk about your problems? I have to admit, It makes me feel somehow better though, when I see other people having the same problem, but I NEED A SOLUTION. Can I open a ticket or a case or something like that somewhere? Any tipp is much appreciated. Thank You, Stela

I am having the same problem. I tried the following:

  • Sign out of Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app,
  • End CoreSync and all Adobe related processes from Activity Monitor/Task Manager,
  • Sign back in on Adobe CC Desktop app and launch Adobe Aero

Still Not Worling! It was working fine yesterday though 😕😕

I have the same problem. I tried on 2 different PCs (Mac and windows). The error keeps repeating. I tried all the solutions suggested by users: Downgrade the program, Delete all files synchronized on the cloud but nothing. Today it does not even update files of a few kb.

Having similar issues as well. Update link worked a few times and then suddenly stopped working. Now, I can't generate links even for new projects
