Aero Stuck on "Loading your documents"

I'm using Aero on an iPad and I can get all the way through the tutorial but then I get a stuck in a "Loading your documents..." continuous loop. Also, when I try to open in Windows it's completely blank.

 

I've tried:

Different accounts

Different iPads

Completed the tutorial

By-passed the tutorial

I have a couple ideas here - let me know if this works or doesn't work.

1) Creative Cloud subscribers have 100 GB, and free users have ~ 5 GB of cloud storage. When this limit is approached, the app can slow down. To fix this, check  https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents and https://assets.adobe.com/links delete old unused cloud documents or previous published instances (previous publishes). You will also see how much storage you're using in the bottom left corner of the stage.

2) Make sure your updated to latest Creative Cloud version and latest Aero (the only notable bug I know of in latest is that Directable Characters are finecky). There seems to be issues with you switching accounts, and I'm hoping this will get you passed this.

Any updates on this Mark? Also, when one account signs in and then out and then a second one signs in, the first account still shows up.

And when I click next to the account there is a Cloud with an 'X' and it says "Intitializing."
