Aero Viewer does not work on Samsung

Hello everyone,

I have the following problem: I created a project in Adobe Aero on my Macbook and now want to view it in the Aero Viewer app on my Samsung Galaxy S22. Unfortunately the whole thing doesn't work. As soon as I scan the QR code, the app opens, but the app only says "preparing" the whole time and the project doesn't open. Can anyone help?

I have the same issue on my A55. I updated the latest Android version, restarted my phone and try to scan the qr code multiple times, but still the same.

Hello, I think it must be because of the processor, if it's an Exynos, the viewer shouldn't run, but if it's a Snapdragon, the problem must be due to some fault or bug in the app. I use an S23ultra and I always have to make 2 to 3 attempts until it recognizes the link or qrcode and works as it should. Try it a few times until it works.
