Anchor Image Tracking Issues

Hi,

I am writing to report an issue that I have been experiencing with your AR application. I have been using the app for quite some time and have created multiple AR experiences without any problems. However, recently, I have encountered an issue with the AR content not tracking to the anchor image.

To give you more context, I added an anchor image to my project, added graphics, hit preview, and everything worked as expected. However, when I hit share and scanned the QR code, I could see the AR content, but it was not tracked to the anchor image. I have tried everything, including uninstalling and reinstalling both apps (mobile & desktop), building the project again on different machines, using a different anchor image, using a different phone to preview it, and the list goes on and on. Unfortunately, the issue persists, and I can't seem to get the AR content to track to the anchor image.

As someone who has used your app for quite some time and even taught a class using it, I'm confident that I'm not doing anything wrong. Therefore, I'm inclined to believe that there is a problem with one of the applications. I would appreciate it if you could let me know if anyone else is experiencing the same issue or if this is a known issue. Additionally, any insights or solutions you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
