Can anyone with a mobile device view your Aero without an Adobe ID or Aero app?

I recently attended a recorded version of a webinar about Adobe Substance and Aero. The instructor seemed to say that you can develop a scene in Adobe Aero, share the QR code with anyone, and their IOS device will be able to scan that code and they can view the scene WITHOUT the Adobe Aero App or an Adobe ID. Is that correct?

 

I have tried the QR code from the instructor and it won't work on my mobile devices without opening the app. This is a snippet from one of your product pages: https://www.adobe.com/products/aero.html, specifically: Instant Aero. Wherever you AR.
Now anyone can view your projects without downloading an app. Distributing your work is as easy as sharing a QR code that will launch AR on smart devices.

Is this truly the case? What might I be doing wrong when viewing the instructor's QR code?

Hi @MattHetzel yes one should be able to view the experience as an app clip on Ios iOS 14.2 or higher without logging in if they do have Aero installed. I'm happy to check your project please PM me the link or QR code. Thanks

Thanks @markhellar ! I don't have a project just yet, but I am hoping to make something very soon! So one more clarifier on that...If I share a QR code or link with someone that have never even heard of Aero, and defintely has never installed it on their device, they will not be able to access the project? That is kind of what I'm experiencing while testing some of my mobile devices that are not tied to my account. I am trying to view the QR code shared from this presentation, which was amazing by the way. "Creating Immersive AR Experiences with Adobe Substance 3D + Aero"

 

I can see it on my phone and ipad that have Aero installed, but when I try to use other mobile devices without my Adobe ID or without Aero downloaded, I cannot open it. Maybe I am missing something?
