Can I make my experience available outside of aero?

I'm making an augmented reality poster for a college project so just beginning to dip my toes into the evidently very deep pool of AR. I was just wondering if there was away of making my Aero experience more accessible for a wider audience by making it work somewhere other than the Adobe Aero instant app. I've been having problems anyway because my phone isn't supported on Aero Play which means I'm relying on other people's devices to test it. I was just curios if I could make a web versioin or if there is a way to make i more accessible and how to do that?
