Can I use Adobe Aero for commercial projects including Enterprise?

I am confused with the licensing possibilities of Aero, what if I make AR product for companies using Aero beta, any licensing issues?

Adobe Aero can be used inside a company/agency or not?

      So does this mean yes? I'm working on a mural for a restaurant. Can I use aero or should look for a different solution? Looking to customize the user experience with my own branding.
