Can i use Aero to create 2.5 D comics such as this one?

Hi guys,
I am a 2D and 3D illustrator just learned about Aero, and trying to learn it and start cerating content for it.
My question is, is it possible to use Aero to create 2.5D comics like this one:

If nt, do you know if there is an Adobe program better suited to do something like this?
Any advice would be really appreciated.
