Can't import fbx with textures to aero

Im trying to export a file from blender to aero, but the 3d model always comes yellow. I tried every possibility of exporting, but nothing resolves my problem. i tried to open in another apps and the textures appear on the model. Then i exported my file to Dimension and the textures appeared, so i decided to export from there to aero, but it didnt work and this message appears: src is not a file. 

Does someone can help me?
