Geospatial creator: Unable to create link error

I'm getting Unable to create link error when requesting a link to a project. My account is educational, Does that make a difference? And what would be the solution? I'd really like to try out this new feature!

    My experience was that my University did not allow a lot of Aero sharing capabilities. Maybe speak to your IT person at your U. to see if they can give you access to do this.

    But, I also wondered, what is the Geospatial creator - I think this is what I am looking for. Where is it with Aero or is it separate? Thanks.
