How do I customise text and select colour fills and strokes (In Aero or Dimension)

I'm trying to make a custom 3D word to use in Aero but I'm struggling to make it exactly as I want

Basically I want the word to have 3D depth – Which I managed to make in illustrator 
But also wanted a square outline bevel – Which I managed to make in dimension

But I'm struggling to work out how to colour each element – I want green for the face, light blue for the top side of the depth and a darker blue for the sides of the depth

And I also want a yellow stroke matching the bevel but on every edge, not just the face side

Any help/tips/advice gratefully received
