How do I get the Google/Adobe Aero Geospatial Creator

I have been trying to figure out how to get the Geospatial Creator. Apparently it is a link that I have to download? I have tried the advice from previous posts but some of these posts are over a year old and no longer are applicable.  Does anyone have a link that is functional?
