Question

Is Aero dead? Asking for a friend...(actually many of them)

I and several others have reported shared links not working. It has been over a year. since the first report This is a pretty big feature to have, as sharing a project is kinda important. The long thread has been ignored by Adobe, which may make me think this was a pet project, and we are left wasting our time using a tool that will never see the light. It would be nice if Adobe could let its clients know.

We figured out that, at least for us, the URL doesn't work for iOS, but it works if an iOS device scans the provided QR code (that directs to the same URL...). So for us, we need to make sure that people scan the QR code instead of using the direct link. It's silly really. I truly hope for an update soon or even just a statement from Adobe regarding Aero. This has so much potetial.

@Søren_CPHLIVE Thank you for sharing that! I am going to test it. It is crazy that Adobe has not addressed the issue in this forum. I will repost your reply on another thread where many people are wondering why the links do not work. Thanks again—I greatly like the tool but was ready to leave it behind.

@vanessuca If you have time, it would be nice to know what you find in your test. It really is crazy that Adobe is so offline in their own forum. Thank you for reposting. I will keep an eye on that thread too. Let's hope for an update from them soon!
