Is there a way to randomize animations?

Is there a way to randomize animations?
For example lets say I have four lights that light up as their animation. Is there a way to randomize the sequence /order?

Or if a button is pressed once randomize whether a rock, paper or scissors model shows?

I'm looking to add some more interactivity to my experiences.
