Multiple Issues with Adobe Aero – Installation, Crashes & AR Visualization

I'm experiencing multiple issues with Adobe Aero:

1. Installation Issues: I’ve tried installing the app on three different computers. When I click the installation link, it opens Creative Cloud but does not download, and I can't find Adobe Aereo in the Creative Cloud app.
2. Crashes on Publishing: On one computer where I had previously installed Adobe Aero, the app crashes every time I try to publish a link.
3. Android Visualization Issue: On my Android phone, the AR experience displays as a black screen.

I’ve seen others reporting similar issues, and I’m unsure what to do. Has Adobe Aero been discontinued? It seems like there are multiple unresolved issues affecting users.

I’m giving a workshop on Adobe Aero next week, and I’d like a clear understanding of what’s happening with the tool and why people are having trouble installing it. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
