Problems importing audio files into Aero

Someone please help me.  I can't import .wav or mp3 files into Aero.  Has anyone ever had this problem?

    I SORTED IT!!!!

    The problem is because of the extension. My files were .MP3 and AERO will only accept .mp3. OMG!!!!!  This has just wasted so much of my time. Anyway thats the fix! Hope it helps.

    I feel you dude- I'm having the exact same problem.

    I go into behaviours and add a 'play audio' action, select my .mp3 file (which is only 15 seconds long and 275KB) through the folder icon, and get a little 'Load Failure: Couldn't import audio' pop up

    I've tried everything I can think of to fix it, so if ANY mods would like to fix this that would be much appreciated

    Sorry to hear you're having issues importing audio files in Aero.
    Could you provide a little more details on what you're experiencing?

    • Is the issue happening for a specific audio file, or any file?
    • Did you try with other audio files (eg .wav or other .mp3)?
    • Does the not importing audio file has an extension in lowercase (ie .mp3 and not .MP3)?
    • Is the issue only happening on Aero for Windows or also on Aero for iOS (ie are you able to import the audio file from Aero running on your iOS device)?

    Any additional information you might have would be helpful.

    Hello.

    Somehow yesterday I fixed the problem! I think my file name was too long...? Once I changed the name it imported so honestly, I don't know what happened

    Hi Jos,
    In order to use audio files on Aero, you have to add a Play Audio action to a given trigger within the Behavior System.

    The issue is not being able to import an audio asset in the first place.  The app doesn't recognize any .mp3 files to import.  Is this issue recognized and being resolved?

    Could you please clarify what you mean by "the app does't recognize any mp3 files to import"?

    • what is your workflow to import mp3 files?
    • are the files being iported, but won't play?

    Also, if you could provide the follwong information that would help the team figure out the issue:

    • platform you are using (Windows? MacOS? iOS?)?
    • version of Aeroyou are using?
