Program Crashing at Launch

Immediately after launching Aero the app crashes before the title screen pops up. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing but have had no luck. This same issue happened to me when updating Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to version 24.0 but in those cases I was able to roll back the version to gain access. The new versions for those apps are compatible with my machine. I am wondering if this a linked problem and am wondering if there is another solution outside or rolling back Aero to get it to work. Thanks for the help!

1. Adobe Aero (beta) v 0.18.4
2. macOS Big Sur version 11.7.2

3. Launch the app
4. I expect the app to open, it crashes the split second the loading/title screen appears

Hi Paul are you running Apple Silicon i.e. m1 m2. Or is it Intel.

Is it possibly a Mac Studio? We are currently chasing an issue on that device.

I am not using a Mac Studio. I have an iMac that is running a 4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7.

Hi @Paulkovacs10 could you clear the preferences at ~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Aero, restart and let me know if the freezing still persists?

Thank you for the response. I have cleared the preferences at the following
folder location "~/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Aero" and the problem
unfortunately still persists. Do you know of any other potential fixes I
can attempt?
