Recording with Iphone is in super low resolution / quality

I have an iPhone 12 pro max - but with Aero the video is quality, even if I screen record it's not great

Even if set my phone to 4K, the quality with Aero will still be low in the end.

Is anyone with Andoird here? do you get HD at least
