Taking too long to load

I am developing some experiences for a museum and they prefer not to use an app. Aero seems the best for this at the moment as there is not much out there and it works. The problem is that the client is complaining that it's taking too long to load. On my iPhone, it can take 30 seconds, but on another 1 minute. This is regardless of the file size of the project. The client is like 'can we change servers' and I say it's adobe hosted. Can anyone tell me if there's an idea why it takes longer on some phones and is this a web issue or a phone issue?

You mention the load times are the same regardless of file size. What's the smallest file size you have tried? and what is the largest? You should absolutely be able to see a difference in load time of AR that's less than 1MB versus higher than 1GB.

Here's an example of the types of Aero files I've been dealing with recently:

(using my home internet, which isn't that great) file size: 765KB load time: 3secs

30secs+ load time is concerning, especially if there's multiple exhibits. It's not impossible, but just considering the environment and wide range of people your users likely will be, 30secs is a long time to stare at a spinning wheel on your phone wondering what's going to happen.

Yea, I have tried projects with a few mB and these projects, which are 100-200 MB. On my phone it takes about 3 seconds but the first time I open a project in the space it can take around 30 seconds and on the staff phones around a minute.
