Unable to View textures on Mobile, but works on Desktop

I imported a tree glb file (tree model & textures, all in a zip folder) into aero and it retained texture and model info correctly, I can view it correctly in edit and preview mode. However, when I try viewing it using mobile with Aero viewer, it does not work, the model is grey/yellow and texture info is not retained.
