When I use Aero on Different Computers the FBX file has a Different Scale and Default Position

Hi There, 

I was curious if anyone else had run into this issue, the scale and position of an fbx object seems to be random when different people import it into Aero, the images below show the issue. Is there any way to make it consistent?
