Can't login to photoshop for iPad with school account

When i login with my school account to photoshop for iPad, i get 'an error have been occuried’ and won’t login. I contacted the school software admins and they told me it is a known problem by Adobe that is not fixed for months yet.. Is there anything i can do? As i paid for the subscription but this not working at all

    Hey, @Justin38535808cj37. Welcome to the Photoshop Mobile Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. I've checked the email you signed in to the community with & I found an active subscription associated with an enterprise/institution.


    If the issue is widespread, the IT team can raise a support ticket, and we can prioritize it. For now, could you record your sign-in workflow in a video and share it here? Also, check whether you get signed in when you use a personal email or a social sign-in option.

    ​@Vivek-Sharma Here is a screen record of the error that happens when login. The IT-team told me they made a support ticket back in march already, but it is not fixed yet.. I can login with the personal option but my license is on the school option. Before the IT-team could switch my license to the personal account but they say it is not possible anymore..
