PS for iPad Creative Cloud storage - unable to delete files

Apparently, I hit my Creative Cloud max storage limit. I only use PS for iPad for the most part.

I tried to find my files in CC so I can delete some stuff but none of my files show up. It’s like the only way I can delete files is in PS itself.

Anyone else experience this? What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance.

    @jedifred

    Investigating, I typed “Creative Cloud” in Safari, which took me to:

    https://www.adobe.com/apps/all/mobile

     From there I chose Files > Your Files. I then clicked the tiny, unobtrusive checkbox, which allowed me to select multiples.

    The blue bar at the very bottom lets me delete multiples.

    You can filter to Photoshop from the “All Types” dropdown if needed.

    You’ll want to look in the Deleted section, as they also take up space in the Cloud.

    Does this help?

    Is Creative Cloud just broken?

    This is the ONLY option available to my under ‘Plans’. [cursing removed]

    Except none of my files show up.

    @jedifred

    Do your files show up in the PS for iPad app? That’s the only way I’ve found to delete them.

    Yes, they are all there. But I am unable to sync anything via creative cloud which is why I thought there might be an issue but no one else is having that issue. I cannot get connected to customer service either. It’s like I’ve been blackballed or something.

    According to Adobe’s Help page, you can theoretically use the Files tab. I just tested and it did not work for me. I delete them one at a time from within the app.

    Bulk delete from the Files tab

    With the January release of Photoshop on iPad version 4.3, you can delete more than one file from the Files tab of your app.

    Navigate to the Files tab > Your files. Use the checkbox to select ( ) one or more files and hit Delete.

    Unfortunately, this doesn’t work very well. About half the time clicking in the checkbox unclicks everything else you have selected. It’s really weak programming.
